The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and providing general administrative support.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and ideally has experience in the dental field, but is not required.
On the job training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with computers and Microsoft Office, has a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and provide them with a warm welcome.
Schedule appointments and confirm appointments with patients.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain patient records and update patient information as needed.
Collect payments from patients and process payments in the system.
