o Providing nursing services to assigned caseload including assessments o Development of plans of nursing services o Monitoring, direct nursing services o Staff medication certification/re-certifications o Staff in-servicing o Medication error tracking and remediation o Medication audits Caseload may be adjusted dependent upon management needs

From $81270 to $97912 Annually
Minimum Qualification
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
1. Candidates must have permanent competitive status in the posted title and be eligible for lateral transfer. OR 2. Open Competitive:
possession of a license and current registration to practice nursing in New York State.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
